Our Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please review the following conditions carefully before enrolling in any of our internship programs.

• Internship program fees are strictly non-refundable once you have successfully enrolled and made the payment.
• A full refund of the program fee is applicable only in the event that the internship program is canceled by the StaxTech team.
• Requests for refunds due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances from the student's side will not be accommodated.

How Refunds Are Processed

If a program is canceled by StaxTech, all enrolled students will be notified via email. The refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
