StaxTech Internship Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to StaxTech! By enrolling in our internship programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

StaxTech provides educational internship programs in multiple domains (e.g., Web Development, AI/ML, Data Science, Digital Marketing).

The programs are self-paced and consist of:

  • PDF-based learning materials
  • Optional assignments to practice skills
  • An online test for certification

2. Eligibility

  • Students must be at least 16 years old (or as per local regulations).
  • Enrollment is open to anyone with interest in skill-building in the offered domain.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Enrollment requires payment of the program fee, which grants access to learning materials, assignments, and the certification test.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed via the provided official payment methods.

4. Program Deliverables

  • Students will receive access to PDF-based learning materials.
  • Optional assignments may be provided for practice, but completion is not mandatory.
  • A certificate of completion is awarded only if the student passes the final test.

5. Certification

  • Certification is based solely on test performance.
  • Passing students will receive a digital certificate that can be used for resume or LinkedIn purposes.
  • StaxTech does not guarantee job placement or internship offers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All program content, including PDFs, assignments, and tests, is owned by StaxTech.
  • Students may use the materials for personal learning only.
  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must provide accurate personal information during enrollment.
  • Students must complete the test honestly and independently.
  • StaxTech reserves the right to disqualify any student involved in cheating or plagiarism.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All enrollments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Refund requests due to technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • StaxTech is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of program materials.
  • Students understand that this is an educational program and that outcomes depend on their effort.

10. Privacy

  • Student information will be collected for program delivery purposes only.
  • StaxTech will not share personal data with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from this program will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Haryana.
